THE JOB
The Campaign Manager, Audience Solutions will play a critical role in the evolution and success of Live Nation's audience-based digital products. As we expand these products, LN needs an experienced, technically proficient candidate to foster brand relationships and execute/optimize sold programs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will interface with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will help to create and execute on highly personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance the fan experience at live events.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Client Management & Communication
• Be accountable for end-to-end facilitation of audience-based campaigns, communicating with all necessary teams in order to execute and optimize
• Understand client's goals and KPIs in order to best optimize and enhance performance
• Own post-sale communication with clients in conjunction with other internal stakeholders
• Set up regular meetings with clients to review status and discuss new opportunities
• Serve as the liaison between the Product Team and client-facing teams
• Project Management
• Coordinate all aspects of multi-channel campaign set up
• Develop and scale the process for audience-based campaign execution
• Own all campaign optimizations and health checks
• Train other teams on capabilities and processes
• Analysis
• Own all reporting for all audience-based products
• Have a deep understanding of all assets and inventory, and be able to draw conclusions based on performance data
• Create campaign performance summaries for other teams
• Work with internal teams to develop reporting dashboards
• Be responsible for new ideas around evolving these products
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2+ years in digital advertising at an ad agency, publisher, or ad tech organization
• Experience in Marketing Technology and campaign management tools
• Minimum bachelor's degree required
• Extensive experience with Excel and project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A leading work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
