Job Description

''The List'' is an exclusive membership program granting members access to premium tickets and concierge service. The pilot program is launching in Spring 2023 in Austin, TX, with the goal of expanding to additional markets in subsequent months/years.

We are seeking a motivated individual capable of bringing this vision to life and transitioning to an active manager. The ideal candidate has extensive high-end hospitality experience, understands the luxury market, and is capable of overseeing all aspects of running a successful business enterprise. Moreover, this person needs to be a confident and persuasive ambassador of the concept and inspire others - whether members, staff, or event/venue operators - to want to be a part of it.

Responsibilities

Launch
• Develop a launch timeline including key milestones, necessary deliverables and the critical pathway for achieving them
• Be an effective leader for all internal departments and outsourced providers necessary for the success of the launch, communicating the expectations of their participation and managing their progress; to include:
• Accounting - operational budgets and P&L forecasting
• Legal - member, vendor and partnership agreements
• Marketing - branding; positioning; internal and external sales materials
• Technology - customer research; solutions stack
• HR - staffing
• Develop a staffing plan and oversee the hiring/training process
• Strategizing
• Create the list of event and venue partners and negotiate their participation
• Actively oversee the membership process from prospecting through commitment
• Create monthly reports for C3 executives detailing progress and any associated action items

Management
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business enterprise
• Create monthly reports for C3 executives showing:
• Financial statements - actual expenses and revenue with comparisons to the forecast
• Membership status
• Develop strategies for growth

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in the luxury market
• Proven track record in managing a multi-functional team
• Ability to create and manage operations budgets and forecasting
• Passion for live events
• Desire for delivering unqualified customer satisfaction
• Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable and professional disposition
• Ability and desire to travel as needed
