Job Description
The I/T Support Associate Manager (ITSAM) provides IT support for both C3 events and office IT. For C3 events, the ITSAM will work with the IT Director and event staff to project manage the event's IT needs and oversee the IT vendor's deployment. On smaller to medium sized events, the ITSAM will act as the IT lead to ensure all requirements are met and IT vendors are managed appropriately.
The ITSAM also will provide office IT assistance through helpdesk support and routine office IT projects. The ITSAM will focus on projects such as IT documentation of IT processes and inventory.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide personable, timely and useful IT support to C3 employees through Zendesk and other IT helpdesk tools.
• Assist IT Director with Event IT coordination and vendor management IT Project Management for smaller C3 Events.
• Assist the IT Support Manager with in-house IT support.
• Create and maintain C3 IT documentation and inventory management.
• Spearhead C3 IT projects pertaining to the growth of C3 IT.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
• Formal I/T training and certification; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, Office 365.
• Ability to manage and complete projects effectively and in a timely manner.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has exceptional follow through skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations.
