Company: Live Nation
Department: Business Intelligence
Location: Farringdon, London
Reports to: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Working Hours: Full time
Job Type: Permanent
Role Description
You will be part of Live Nation UK&I's Business Intelligence team. The BI team's mission is to drive growth by maximising efficiency, providing insights and influencing critical decisions throughout the Live Nation UK&I concerts and festival business. Our business is fast paced with ever changing demands and generates a vast amount of data relating to some of the biggest tours and festivals in the UK. Our objective is to streamline processes that generate good data, transform that data and share valuable insight with people who need it, when they need it.
This role would suit someone who has extensive experience of using Salesforce systems, is great at building relationships and is very organised. It could also suit someone from live entertainment e.g. ticketing, promotions or tour accounting. Business Analyst experience is welcome but not essential.
The BI team manage two core Salesforce systems - Halo and Rome – and this role will support the management and development of those systems. You will work closely with users across business as well as IT teams, so the right person will thrive in a dynamic environment, building relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
What it's like to work in the Team
We are a small team with big impact at the heart of the business and our scope is ever-expanding. We have a lot of autonomy and are relied upon to find solutions to complex data problems; the business looks to us for critical insight to support strategic decisions. We are a team of creative problem solvers and work closely to find solutions and work out next steps. Our workload blends the proactive and the reactive - laying a solid process, data and insights foundation, whilst also responding to the dynamic needs of the music industry.
What we can offer you
Live Nation offers impressive employee benefits including tickets to shows and festivals and unlimited annual leave. The Farmiloe Building in Farringdon, London is a beautiful office to work in. Staff can enjoy use of arcade games in the basement games room, onsite gym equipment plus fitness and meditation classes. In addition to this, the office has a fully stocked complimentary coffee bar with barista to serve you your favourite coffee as you walk into the office and offers heavily subsidised lunch options. We hold regular staff events in our atrium stage space including hosting speakers and open mic nights to showcase Live Nation employee talent.
