THE JOB
The Brand Management team is the get stuff done, turn-problems-into-solutions, make our clients look like the rock stars, driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division. We are a collection of resourceful, ambitious, and strategic-minded individuals that thrive in an environment full of variables and unknowns. The team is working on revamping the experience clients have working with Live Nation. The Brand Management (Client Experience) College Associate will work directly with the Brand Management leadership team to:
• Better prepare Brand Management teams for new business
• Develop more effective process and tools for on-boarding new clients
• Improve communication programs to connect with various client stakeholders
• Support client engagement programs like NPS surveys and hospitality experiences
• Help with development initiatives to assess opportunities and risks for strategic partnerships

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Document existing process for onboarding clients and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze technology platforms and tools to streamline existing and new workflow
• Assist with gathering, organizing, and distributing data about key strategic partnerships
• Support the planning and execution of client hospitality programs
• Build templates for presenting data and insights in internal and external presentations
• Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to client engagement initiatives
• Support department wide development initiatives
• Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management as requested
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
• Passion for marketing, communications and/or client service
• A relentlessly curious mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Comfortable using business tools like Excel, Keynote, and PPT
• Interest in learning platforms like Salesforce, Asana, Slack and others
• An orientation to detail
