THE JOB

We're seeking a self-motivated, detailed oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic Promotions team. This position will work with the Vice President of Promotions and team with advertising and promotional components for our sponsorship division.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables that support business and brand goals in collaboration with senior management and activate accordingly.
• Analyze promotion results to determine cost-effectiveness of promotion and advertising campaigns.
• Detailed project tracking including budgets, participation, and product redemption rates, and invoicing.
• Develop promotional proposals and recaps of events for brand partners and leadership team.
• Edit and maintain general promotional materials, including but not limited to product terms, microsite copy docs, trademark lists, and rules.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Manage winner affidavits and tax forms. Prize fulfillment when required.
• Manage NY/FL Bond filings, when applicable.
• Digital platform QA and quality control per assigned project.
• Maintain and manage select promotional campaigns and projects.
• Manage promotional and ad-hoc activities

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 +years in promotions, sponsorship, or marketing experience or internships, previous experience in promotions or project management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media and analytical tools preferred.
• A passion for music and live entertainment.
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
