Live Nation Media & Sponsorship designs, sells and manages the company's national corporate sponsorship programs with the world's most recognizable brands. Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live music and branded entertainment production as the next Associate Producer on the Experiential & Events team.

The Live Nation Experiential & Events team is tasked with creating unforgettable live and virtual music moments that help our brand partners stand apart from the rest. From special events to festival activations, to corporate events, and touring hospitality, we produce hundreds of award-winning global B2B and B2C brand experiences each year.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Report to the Executive Producer
• Assist with the planning of custom events and hospitality for Live Nation's brand partners
• Collaborate with internal Live Nation teams (brand management, creative, solutions, sales, touring) vendors, and venues
• Work with Integrated Marketing team on vision, design, experience, and budgeting of new business opportunities involving events and experiential opportunities for both B2B and B2C
• Assist in the advance of all production and operational elements such as power, heavy equipment, WIFI, and labor for events
• Procure all supplies, staffing, custom décor items, trucking, lighting, and audio as per budget constraints
• Other duties include but are not limited to budget development, venue research, vendor outreach, researching experiential trends, creating contracts, communicating event details and needs, facilitating payments, attending brainstorm sessions, and contributing to additional projects outside of client events
• Monitor competitive trends in the event business; identify and target emerging new marketing and experiential trends
• Ensure program aesthetics, activities, fabrication, feasibility, etc. take into consideration the client's guidelines/goals
• Research vendors, suppliers, etc. offering new technologies or approaches
• Staying up to date on project expenses and budgets.
• Managing team event calendar and projects.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• BA Degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in event production and with demonstrated leadership qualities and growth potential.
• Must be organized, hardworking, and have a flexible mindset about working hours.
• Superior project and time management skills
• Highly effective at managing multiple projects at one time
• Adept in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
• Ability to quickly navigate other programs such as Keynote, Slack, Airtable, Social Tables, CAD, and SketchUp
• Experience working with recognizable global brands
• Knowledge of music and entertainment marketing preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to travel approximately 30-40%
• Demonstration of maturity in dealings with clients and talent, poise in high stress situations, be solution-oriented, have attention to detail, and must be able to think on your feet.
