THE JOB

Reporting into the Director of Influencer Marketing, this influencer, live event, and pop-culture obsessed marketer will be responsible for helping manage creators and brand campaigns across multiple influencer based products associated with the Live Nation Influencer Network and the Last2Leave Creator House.

This enthusiastic marketer will be helping plan and manage brand executions associated with the Last2Leave creator house influencers. They will coordinate communication between key internal Live Nation parties but also between team leadership, creators, and external agencies, all with a goal of ensuring key business goals are met.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Project manage campaigns between the Last2Leave creator house and brand sponsors, including communication between internal and external teams (internal brand managers, sales teams, creators, talent managers, artist managers and more)
• Create, track and manage organizational documents for projects including workback schedules, content calendars, tracking and reporting
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Facilitate access to Live Nation and external events for creators
• Plan and execute brand partnerships with talent. Route feedback and approvals
• Analyze backend analytics to create case studies/wrap-reports
• Work with paid media agency to ensure campaigns are set up correctly with the appropriate targeting
• Provide screenshots & campaign performance updates as requested
• Book travel for creators
• Process vendor invoices
• Manage campaigns and creator lists within CreatorIQ
• Assist in scheduling meetings & follow ups
• Remain knowledgeable & in-tune with latest social media trends
• Setup and distribute tickets for events
• Work with legal team to redline agreements

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
• 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Client Servicing roles
• Strong familiarity with social media marketing, specifically on TikTok and Instagram across a variety of ages and demographics
• Understanding of the broader digital advertising and media buying landscape
• 10% travel will be required for this role, including on weekends
• Experience leveraging Creator IQ or a similar influencer CRM/Discovery/Measurement tool
• Ability to manage influencer talent on the ground and maintain professional composure
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
