THE JOB
We're looking for an organized, and versatile Account Supervisor to join our account management team to help support the day-to-day management of programs for select clients. Additionally, this role will provide account support across several brand partnerships with Live Nation. You'll bring a tactical, problem-solving mindset as well as a keen attention to detail.

This job helps our team best serve our clients. At times you'll work internally-helping manage projects, develop budgets, review briefs, create schedules, etc. Other times you'll communicate externally-presenting plans and creative, working with partner agencies, managing projects with Live Nation Sales and Sponsorship teams, or attending to client needs. You'll be comfortable pivoting to drive internal and external teams to support the development, production, and distribution of client programs--strategically, on time, and on budget. In the end, you're helping our clients reach their goals while creating a place for them in culture.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

You have your fingertip on the pulse of music, entertainment and current events, and value our mission to create great programs in culture. You have your role in the proverbial band but are constantly seeking to learn new instruments. You learn quickly and roll with the fast pace of technology.
• Understanding integrated (content, digital, social, and experiential) branded entertainment program creation, distribution, and production
• Maintaining cultural fluency in music, entertainment, pop culture, and current events
• Leading cross-functional partners on programs with a variety of moving parts from festival activations, PR, social outreach, and broadcast to digital media, films, and sweepstakes.
• Driving strategic, creative, production and distribution plan development, integrating brand needs and new info into the equation on a constant basis.
• Proactively identifying challenges to solve, contributing to both identifying problems and developing solutions.
• Working independently, with an ambitious approach to problem-solving toward desired outcomes
• Obtaining the confidence of internal teams and clients, contributing to a positive team vibe and maintaining the focus on creative solutions.
• Pushing for clarity internally and externally to ensure that direction and effort are tightly focused.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of brand management, client service, marketing consulting, advertising or activation agency experience
• Digital content management experience
• Compelling communication skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable with tight timelines and last-minute changes in high-pressure situations.
• Adaptable with new technology and enthusiastic about being immersed in new products and programs.
• Savvy with budget tracking, project management tools, and keeping the process moving smoothly. This includes project and budget management to ensure client approval and alignment, as well as the ability to meet target agency fees and margin, per account.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proficient with software including Basecamp, Airtable, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Effective leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Previous experience with entertainment properties or technology brands a plus.
