Job Description

Summary of Position

Responsible for Purchase Order generation and management of those purchases through the entire Procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for obtaining quotes and generating Purchase Orders in SAP application for requisitions from multiple departments

• Communicate with vendors and employees while tracking all orders or service deliverables, and assist with shipping, deliveries, and RMA's as needed

• Work with vendors and Starz accounting to reconcile and process all PO related invoices

• Act as Technology Recycling main contact for Starz which includes scheduling quarterly pickups, monitoring those pickups and verifying inventory lists in accordance with the asset depreciation processes set forth by accounting

• Prepare monthly order reports while maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records

• Analyze industry and demand trends to aid in sourcing strategies

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• ERP experience as relates to Sourcing/Procurement (minimum of 3yrs experience), SAP strongly preferred

• Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project software applications
