Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, TV Production Finance whose primary responsibilities includes supporting the management of various functions for our original series, pilots, and mini-series. This position will support the SVP, Television Finance.
• Maintain calendar and scheduling for the Production Finance department.

• Participate in weekly meetings, and manage and keep notes on all production cost report calls as needed.

• Submit background check requests and follow-ups with HR for active productions.

• Update and maintain one sheet for all shows including production accounting and Studio team information.

• Coordinate setup for all new shows and the accounting teams with EP Smart products (Smart Accounting, Smart Start, Smart Time, Smart PO)

Responsibilities
• Support shows including (but not limited to): co-production deal structure, deficit calculation, network/studio breakages and tax credits estimates.

• Assist with quarterly corporate reporting process with gathering required Production Finance deliverables including: ledger bibles, cost reports, balance sheets, bank reconciliations.

• Provide Production Finance support to Production & Business Affairs Executives of assigned projects.

• Address production finance related queries from internal and external customers such as: co-production partners, Business Affairs Executives, Production and Post Production Executives, production accountants, and corporate accounting

• Coordinate Production Accounting compliance audits of assigned shows to support Production Finance efforts in enforcing appropriate finance controls in production accounting operations. Ensure adherence to all production accounting policies and procedures.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and miscellaneous projects as needed.

Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Television production accounting or studio production finance or FP&A is required.

• In depth understanding of film and television industry accounting and finance practices.

• Resourceful and able to find solutions to various issues that arise

• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
