CREATIVE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Hollywood, CA / Downtown LA / Remote

Education: 4-Year Degree

Relevant Work experience 3-7 Years

LA is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to work in-house or remotely. You will be working with a passionate team of Account Executives, Project Managers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, etc., and helping maintain the flow of creative presentations, assets, both internally and externally to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential

Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet client deadlines

Must have the ability to be a highly collaborative and productive member of a team

Ability to utilize project management platforms

Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures is crucial

Excellent writing and grammar skills are essential as you will be interacting directly with clients

Strong skills in Adobe InDesign

Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Basic level skills in Adobe Photoshop

Proficient with FTP’s

DUTIES

Preparation, creation, tracking, and delivery of final client digital records/presentations/decks

Organization of Project Servers

Tracking and executing client file requests

Creating weekly portfolio email blasts

Manage the flow of projects assets to and from remote Art Directors
