Job Summary/Description:

KWTX is looking for an attention to detail Creative Topical Editor/Producer. Now is your opportunity to play an important role in promoting the number one news station in the market. We are looking for a drive, dynamic and creative producer for nightly topicals, promotions and occasional creative client work.

Make yourself stand out! This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative, and fast past Production environment in broadcast operations. We are a well-equipped creative department with the latest in acquisition and post-production in 4k. This operation runs more like a post house than a broadcast operation. We are looking for talent focusing on the effective production of topical promotions. This position will primarily focus on evening topical promotion with an occasional emphasis on creative production for the clients and station as needed. We are a multiple Emmy and Telly winning facility and offer an opportunity for someone to grow their skill set. Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years experience in Promotional or commercial production
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Experience on Edius a plus
- Knowledge of ENPS and Bit Central preferred
- Creative writing skills and attention to details
- Ability to work evening shift from 2 pm to 10 pm nightly
- Part 107 license a plus
- A Strong Reel Showing Your work
