KSLA is the local CBS affiliate within the Shreveport, Louisiana area that supports viewers across the Northern Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana locale. We are also affiliates for Telemundo, Circle, Bounce, Grit and DABL. We support the local area with daily news as well as a strong presence on over-the-top streaming services and on our digital web. Viewership is strong across over 300,000 households and continues to grow at a good pace.

Job Summary/Description:

This producer will work primarily on the station's daily sales program. This producer will work closely with our sales department and its clients to produce segments of multiple lengths highlighting the client's business. This person will also combine the segments to create a 30-minute show, keep track of scheduling the segments, and help out the marketing department in other various ways.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• ️ Should be familiar with videography, lighting, and directing on-camera talent
• ️ Should be familiar with non-linear audio/video editing systems
• ️ Should be presentable and professional with station clients
• ️ Should be organized and a strong communicator

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ The applicant should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• ️ The applicant should have an applicable college degree
• ️ The applicant must have a clean driving record
