Job Description

KRON 4 in San Francisco is launching a new lifestyle show in mid-2022 and is seeking a Lifestyle Show producer for an hour-long weekday show. You'll work closely with the host to create an entertaining show that is reflective of life in Northern California. Great writing and editing along with the ability to book interesting guests are paramount. This is an awesome opportunity for a producer who is willing to be creative, take risks and is interested in finding new ways to tell compelling stories.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Produce daily, hour-long lifestyle show
• Write and approve scripts
• Work with host to book and produce interviews
• Edit video
• Work with sales department to plan weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales-related segments and programs
• Participate in presentations to key clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in film, photography, television, news, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years prior experience producing a lifestyle show, lifestyle segments and/or live show
• Ability to use various broadcast tools and software to write, edit and shoot
• Deadline driven, works well under pressure and the ability to manage production timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full-time, non-union, non-exempt position
