Job Summary/Description:

This position works Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm), in a fast-paced environment within the Creative Services and Promotions Department. This position requires someone highly motivated and creative with responsibilities and experience shooting, editing, producing, and scripting compelling on-air promos, commercials, digital marketing campaigns, and image spots across all platforms.

This Producer position will be responsible for scripting, shooting, and editing station promos, commercials, digital graphics, radio spots, and meeting customer expectations while following station brand guidelines. You will help promote the station at various local events such as Labor Day Liftoff, Festival of Lights Parade, Chile Fest, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ The ideal candidate for this position must be self-motivated, have passion, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude to work both independently, and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. The candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, meet strong deadlines, and have the ability to work collectively with all personality types.
• ️ Must be able to accommodate a flexible of days and hours depending on need. Candidate must have at least 3+ years of combined experience as a Promotions Producer and Creative Services Producer with demonstrated experience with writing, shooting, and editing broadcast quality TV commercials, station promotions, long/short-form videos, and digital marketing at a local TV station in a fast-paced news environment.
• ️ Must have an advanced background in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator. This Producer will have a strong background in motion graphics, animation, logo design, and typography. Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.
