Salary/Wage:
$21.63 - $24.04/hr. (DOE)
Shift and Schedule:
Tues. - Fri. (8:00 am - 6:00 pm) with on-call duties

Job Summary/Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone just starting off their technology career. We are looking for a talented go-getter who likes a challenge. You will work firsthand with industry leaders and be a key component to making TV news come to life through broadcast operations. The Broadcast Engineer has the general responsibilities of supporting television operations, information technology maintenance, and assisting all departments. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is Aug 25, 2025.
Analyzes, plans, designs, and/or installs new computer systems and other consumer electronic/digital devices as required. Suggests, anticipates, and implements new technology and renders support.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft 365, video, and audio editing software.
- Networking skills: knowledge of networking hardware, topologies, and protocols.
- Problem-solving skills, flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Strong Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines with little supervision.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license. The driving record should not have any major convictions, no more than one minor conviction or at-fault accident in the past three years.
