As Production Designer, you will lead the production of props, sets, and other art related materials for episodes that generate hundreds of millions of views. You will use your extensive experience and industry relationships to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment where each episode brings a new set of exciting challenges and opportunities for innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring your (and your team’s) vision to life from concept to completion using your extensive art experience and world-class industry relationships.

• Ensure the on-time delivery of props, sets or other art related materials required by each episode within budget and executed to the highest quality.

• This could entail hiring the perfect team or rolling up your sleeves to dive in.

• Oversee and manage the ideation, staffing, and production of art materials across multiple episodes simultaneously

• Ability to switch between the broader vision and the nitty gritty details.

• Exercise extraordinary judgment and great curiosity daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Art Director, or other similar position.

• Must have an extensive network of world-class industry professionals who specialize in fields such as prop fabrication, set design, painting, etc, and who dependably deliver stellar work on time.

• 5+ years of experience in multiple of the following areas:

• Prop fabrication

• Set construction/decoration

• Design

• Drawing, painting and/or illustration

• Sculpting

• Running an Art Department

• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 5-30+ on and off set.

• High standards of excellence.

• Crystal clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective time management skills (for you and your team).

• Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Positive and passionate attitude.
