Commercial Production Producer

Responsibilities include:
• Conceptualize, write, shoot, edit and design commercial spots, long-forms, promos and digital content for station advertisers.
• Serve as production advisor to the Sales team and clients and full their production needs for CBS Austin and Telemundo Austin under the advisement of the Production Manager
• Serve independently as a Video Producer on location-based commercial client shoots
• Coordinate and manage relationships with clients, station producers, voiceover, and additional talent
• Work closely with the station's Lifestyle show team to shoot/edit lifestyle segments as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience in non-linear editing using PC-based Adobe Creative Cloud software is a MUST; with knowledge in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
• Flexibility and ability to meet tight deadlines is ESSENTIAL with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround
• Must have superior communication skills to communicate effectively with the Production Manager, clients, Sales team members, and Creative team members
• Experience with creating and designing Digital Content for Ad Sales (web banners, web pages, online video, streaming) using Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects is a plus
• Ability to employ basic shooting knowledge using cameras, lighting, and microphones
• Ability to execute distinct marketing strategies and clearly communicate client's message through effectively writing scripts, composing camera shots and editing video content
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. is required
• Ability to read/write/speak in English and Spanish is preferred
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
