Job Summary/Description:

KCTV-Gray Digital Media is hiring for the position of Local and Digital Sales Manager to manage a high-performing marketing sales team. This team is responsible for meeting & exceeding revenue goals through Digital and Linear marketing campaigns. The goal of this team is to be a full-service marketing agency by providing marketing guidance, creative production, and placement on the best platforms to reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Experience leading and managing a team that is performance-based – or – experience working on a performance-based team as a top performer
• Experience in the marketing industry with strong digital acumen
• Strong ability to lead the team in developing new local direct business with an emphasis on digital
• Ability to create and present advertising strategies and ideas for local businesses incorporating digital and linear properties
• Ability to serve as the in-market expert for digital marketing and media
• Is interested in keeping up with new marketing trends and strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at one time
• Takes initiative to recognize a need and come up with a solution without being asked
• Communicate goals and expectations clearly, hold staff accountable for those goals & expectations, and provide resources & guidance to help staff meet goals & expectations

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience in high-level presentations to marketing decision-makers
• Strong leadership skills are a must. Ability to mold a team structure to maximize productivity and achieve revenue goals
• Enjoys working on a team and being a resource for team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Adaptable and willing to try new methods and strategies to help the team accomplish goals
