Creative Project Manager (Temp)
Job Title: Creative Project Manager (3 Month Temp)
Job Summary: The Creative Project Manager drives seamless delivery for cross-channel creative campaigns and other project deliverables by providing support to teams and department resources. This role also examines and refines processes and workflows to maximize creative resource capacity and ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within scope. This is a Temporary, 3-Month long opportunity. This role will start towards the beginning of October 2023 and end towards the end of January 2024 and based in Kansas City, MO.
Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Serve as a champion and advocate of agency process and workflow
• Partner directly with creative on a daily basis
• Secure, allocate and shift resources as needed
• Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
• Own and lead internal status meetings
• Maintain internal status reports
• Build, share, drive and maintain timelines for all creative campaign deliverables
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Position Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or relevant field preferred
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking with an eye for process
• Effective working with all levels of management
• Deep understanding of the creative process
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills are required
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a sharp focus on detail
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds
• Must be able to work in a seated position for majority of workday
• Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer keyboard and telephone
• Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
• Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling

This role is a Temporary, Non-Exempt opportunity that is not eligible for Company Benefits, 401K, and PTO. The schedule for this position is dependent on our team schedule and is subject to change.
