Our firm provides comprehensive payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial advisory services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We are located in the heart of West Hollywood and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management of high-profile clients within the entertainment industry. You will assist with bookkeeping, payroll, medical insurance management, and other financial tasks while learning the ins and outs of entertainment finance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the business management field and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Will be in office at least 3 days a week. Client interaction required, must be able to be friendly and personable with high-profile individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing payroll processing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Support bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliation

• Handle client medical insurance, including managing enrollments, renewals, and claims assistance

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and tax documents for clients

• Work closely with senior staff to manage client accounts and financial needs

• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and respond to inquiries

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data

• Stay updated on entertainment industry trends and financial regulations that may affect clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or a related financial role (experience in the entertainment industry is a plus)

• Experience handling medical insurance, including understanding of health plan options and claims processing

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), and other accounting software (Datafaction experience a plus)

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of the entertainment industry or experience working with high-net-worth individuals is a plus
