[Integral] is the distribution and services division of [PIAS]. It operates on a global basis with offices and teams around the world. [PIAS] champions and supports the best independent music in the world across our unrivalled international network. Established in 1982, we operate 16 global offices – all leveraging local relationships to influence local gatekeepers.

What you’ll be doing
· Supporting the D2C Manager and other members of the D2C and marketing teams
· Setting up new D2C stores on the [Integral] D2C platform
· Setting up products on the [Integral] D2C platform
· Liaison with the Product & Marketing Managers on all D2C activity
· Liaison with third party D2C platform partner & customer service team
· D2C Stock Management
· General day to day admin
Key Deliverables
· Ensure that stock is in the right place at the right time and ensure products are delivered to our distribution warehouse partners in a timely fashion (following best practice at all times)
· Liaison with artist management teams to provide expert d2c and campaign service
· Identifying sales opportunities to present to labels/campaign managers/management/artists
· Attend regular meetings with the labels/managers/colleagues as required
· Reporting on sales to relevant stakeholders
Skills and Experience
· Experience of using e-commerce platforms
· Previous proven sales experience with a strong understanding of all aspects of e-commerce, including operations and reporting
· Creative design skills using photoshop or similar tools
· Web design skills (CSS and Java) would be beneficial
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics
· Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform
· Knowledge of the digital and social media landscape
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel etc
