Reporting & Renewals:
• Compile post-event recaps, performance reports, and proof-of-performance documentation for partners.
• Support renewal conversations by tracking results, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring a strong end-to-end partner experience.
• Translate sponsorship performance data into clear insights and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Financial & Administrative Management:
• Track budgets, invoices, billbacks, and partner payments in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Assist in preparing settlement documentation, including estimates, costs, and final actuals.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, approvals, and financial documentation.
