THE ROLE
Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated Signage Crew member. This role is vital to the installation of signage at Insomniac events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs the load-in and out of department installation of signage and scrim assests
• Follow direction from leads and management to excute all signage adn scrim installation
• Must be able to follow specific installation instructions
• Able to read site map and diagrams
• Ensure mesh and signage graphic is installed properly on both the signage and scrim team to the Event Producers expectations
• Communicate with the team leads on a daily basis regarding workflow, timelines, and all production updates
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year of festival, concert, or venue experience
• Able to stand, walk, crouch, climb ladder throught entire duartion of shift
• Must be able to open PDF files on phone, laptop, or tablet
• Must be organized and accountable of all equipment and power tools
• Forklift certification is not required, but highly encouraged
• OSHA Certification is not required, but highly encouraged
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work various shifts ranging from evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet deadlines

• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report to crew lead
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years minimum festival or concert tour experience
• Must possess valid and current driver license
• Must possess valid and current US passport
• Must possess valid and current credit card for hotel incidentals
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift ect.
• Ability to use hand tools, saws, ect.
• Knowledge in basic lighting.
• Must be highly motivated and possess superior interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies as well as two-way radio
• Must possess working mobile device, preferably smart phone
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 75lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events, as required, to meet deadlines
