Job Description

Hulu's Marketing organization is seeking a Team Lead, Paid Social whose team will be responsible for the strategy, planning, testing, execution, and optimization of all campaigns within Social and YouTube. These campaigns support a variety of business initiatives with objectives ranging from brand awareness to subscriber acquisition. The successful candidates will have a passion for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc). They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mentality to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

• Develop and own paid social strategy to align with subscriber acquisition, brand and original content goals and initiatives
• Manage and optimize acquisition, brand and original content campaigns day-to-day across social publishers
• Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, testing, and optimizing against critical metrics
• Optimize and manage budget across publishers and tactics to deliver positive return on marketing spend
• Partner with internal analytics team to develop an incrementality-focused testing roadmap, conducting experiments and A/B tests on an ongoing basis to continually improve channel performance
• Ensure campaigns are continuously optimized to meet and exceed short term and long term goals across acquisition, brand and content
• Collaborate with broader marketing team and external partners to holistically build strategy and plan campaigns
• Manage and develop team members, mentor and educate on the latest social advancements
• Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners

• 6-8 years managing paid social campaigns
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of & mastery of social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest &TikTok)
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills with experience scaling media experimentation across social platforms
• Strong grasp of experimentation techniques within social platforms
• Experience in setting up, optimizing and scaling multi-million dollar paid social campaigns
• Experience running high impact campaigns with awareness or engagement objectives
• Desire to lead and mentor junior members of a team
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Entertainment industry experience
• Agency experience
• Prior experience as a manager
