Viewer-first advertising is a strategic imperative for Disney. The Beijing Ad Intelligence team's mission is to transform advertising and Disney's Ad platform with data and AI across TV and streaming video. We build services, data platforms and optimization engines for every aspect of the advertising lifecycle. Our tenant is a strong cross-functional team to deliver E2E solutions covering tech spectrums ranging from machine learning, big data, microservices to data applications. Our team is seeking a senior product manager who will be an outstanding addition and owning roadmap and function specs for product verticals of advertising audience solutions including audience segmentation, online targeting, identity resolutions, etc., The right person for this role should be a specialist for product management and experienced in converting business use cases to user stories. • Lead product vision, strategy and plan for audience solutions of ad platform, working with partners across functions
• Drive viewer experience, return on ad spending, and campaign outcome through core selection algorithm in ad server
• Maintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partners
• Product owner for a Scrum team by participating agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definition
• Hold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentality
• Evaluate and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolio
• Collaborate with other product managers to drive innovation in platform services including measurements, operational data store, delivery optimization, inventory forecasting and BI
• Enumerate and identify clear business KPIs for setting annualized objectives and partnering with GTM and financial planning to meet them
• Partner with the Platform Operations team to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product line

• Bachelor or above in computer science or EE
• 7+ years of product management experience, highly preferred from established technology or digital media company
• Extensive knowledge for data modeling, data and machine learning enablement of online platforms or services
• Deep understanding of how sales organizations operate and function in media organizations
• Proven experience and success in a product role with the ability to demonstrate a record of success
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partners
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environment
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English

• Experience working with scaled digital ad servers
• Passion for streaming video, SVOD or OTT industry
• Experience with machine learning models
• Hands on experience of media platform DMP is a plus
