Advertising is a strategic imperative for Hulu and Disney. The Beijing Ad Intelligence team's mission is to transform advertising and Disney's Ad platform with data and AI across TV and streaming video. We build services, data platform and optimization engines for every aspect of advertising lifecycle. Our tenant is a strong cross-function team to deliver E2E solutions covering tech spectrums ranging from machine learning, bigdata, microservices to data applications. Our team is seeking a senior TPM(Technical Program Management) and Operation Lead who will be an outstanding addition and leading program management and tech operation of products owned by the team. The right person for this role should be a specialist for professional program management, and experienced on data technologies, organization development, and operation support. If you are someone who is proactive, inquisitive, and innovative in either these domains, this is a phenomenal role for you!
• Distill product requirements into impactful items for the engineering teams, partner with engineering teams to quickly and efficiently release products, and gate control product quality and production launches
• Own project schedule, drive execution, and manage relationships (cross-function and 3rd-parties), risks, issues, dependencies and etc.
• Manage concurrent projects with shifting and contending priorities
• Develop and maintain dashboards for key business KPIs including daily operational metrics and quarterly channel performance
• Establish, report, and continually improve business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators of success
• Build healthy working model with sales, support engineering, product management and analytics leaders to drive focus on operation objectives
• Recruit and mentor team members, and guide their career development

• MS in computer science or EE
• 10+ years of software program management experience
• 6+ years for agile software development
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partners
• Strong analytical skills, and tendency to answer questions with data
• Passion about technology, openness to interdisciplinary work, and being inspired for opportunities to build ground-breaking solutions
• Quality first demeanor, loving autonomy, and being able to operate optimally in ambiguous circumstances
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environment
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English

• Experience in digital video advertising or digital marketing domain
• Experience in tech operation or Tier2 or Tier3 support
• Experience with audience segmentation, operational data store and BI
