SUMMARY

Hulu’s Marketing team is seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Growth & Partnerships team. The subscriber growth team helps Hulu achieve subscriber, revenue, and margin goals through initiatives that drive step change growth for the business. In this role, you will be working with the team that is defining the most important strategic initiatives for Hulu growth and developing innovative opportunities to market Hulu’s best-in-class streaming experience.

The right person for this job is someone that combines a strategic mindset with analytical chops and an understanding of digital subscription businesses. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work cross-functionally to analyze and uncover opportunities to identify and build step change subscriber growth initiatives
• Develop and drive the strategy and to go-to-market recommendation for these growth opportunities
• Identify market and operational risks and dependencies for these initiatives, diagnosing business challenges and developing executional strategies to mitigate or overcome
• Socialize and present your recommendation to our leaders

WHAT TO BRING
• 5 - 7+ years work experience, with focus on developing and driving strategic initiatives
• Management consulting attitude that is able to flex from strategic analysis to go-to-market execution
• An ability to dive into data in order to develop thoughtful recommendations to complex challenges
• A passion for TV and a knowledge of the streaming marketplace
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
