Viewer-first advertising is a strategic imperative for Hulu and Disney. The Beijing Ad Intelligence team's mission is to transform advertising and Disney's Ad platform with data and AI across TV and streaming video. We build services, data platform and optimization engines for every aspect of advertising lifecycle. Our tenant is a strong cross-function team to deliver E2E solutions covering tech spectrums ranging from machine learning, bigdata, microservices to data applications. Our team is seeking a product manager who will be an outstanding addition and owning roadmap and function specs for product verticals of advertising targeting, decisioning and measurement solution. The right person for this role should be a specialist for product management, and experienced on converting business use cases to user stories. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Execution on product vision, strategy and plan for advertising targeting or decisioning or measurements, working with partners across functions
• Maintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partners
• Product owner for a Scrum team by participating agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definition
• Hold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively solve problems with a viewer-first mentality
• Evaluate and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolio
• Collaborate with other product managers to drive innovation in platform services including ad decisioning, operational data store and BI
• Enumerate and identify clear business KPIs for setting annualized objectives and partnering with GTM and financial planning to meet them
• Partner with the Platform Operations team to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product line

WHAT TO BRING
• MS in computer science or EE
• 5+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience, highly preferred from established technology or digital media company
• Extensive knowledge for data enablement of audience targeting, decisioning, outcome tracking, conversion optimization for advertising
• Hands on experience with data modeling, different kinds of data structures, and data extracts
• Deep understanding of how sales organizations operate and function in media organizations
• Proven experience and success in a product role with the ability to demonstrate a record of success
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partners
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environment
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience working with scaled digital ad servers
• Passion for streaming video, SVOD or OTT industry
• Experience with machine learning models
