Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead a team of TPMs that focus on driving business-critical initiatives across the enterprise data landscape. This role will be responsible for building and coaching a team of TPMs with exemplary planning and executing skills. Primary goal will be to enable senior management, leadership teams, and individual contributors to achieve predictable planning, execution, and reporting quality with expertise in project tools and appropriate methodologies. Key aspects of this role will be to establish goals, metrics, build roadmaps, coordinate platform upgrades, and work with governance-architecture-quality on policy implementation and training. By working with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, Technical Program Managers and other managers in the spaces of Data Governance and Data Quality, you will help build data products that allow the valuable data to be translated into actionable insights! In addition, this involves exposure and engagement with owning cutting edge initiatives in areas of Enterprise Data, Analytics and A.I.

Qualifications:
• Typically has 7 or more years of technical experience with 1-2 years of management experience and 2 or more reports.BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Expert knowledge and extensive experience with the software development life cycle; experience in streaming media software preferred
• Expert with project management tools, including: Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, Airtable

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or another related field.
