Job Description
The combined DSS and Hulu Viewer Experience (VX, or Customer Support) organization is seeking a Digital Content Writer who will be an exceptional addition to our VX Training team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating/updating digital content across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Star, Star+, and any additional products that Disney's Direct to Consumer Teams. You support internal teams with new product launches and other business initiatives. You'll also work closely with VX Training Curriculum Specialists to optimize existing content so Advocates can quickly get the information they need to get our viewers streaming. The right person for this role has experience in writing workflows that translate the complex into the simple and be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Translate product, feature, and service details into easy-to-understand support content (ranging from long-form articles, headlines, workflows, and scripts) that engages and empowers our customer service agents across multiple tiers and lines of business in the form of Knowledge Base Articles
• Interface with stakeholders on planning, organizing and content completion in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep Knowledge Base articles and other self-service support content accurate up-to-date and on brand, while proactively iterating and making improvements
• Support Operations in writing and creating content to communicate clear strategic direction in the form of Huddle Decks and email communications
• Maintain content style and brand consistency across all products while keeping projects on schedule
• Maintain and evolve cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms through content style guide while keeping projects on schedule
• Participate in a cross-functional environment with various edit touchpoints
• Ensure content in the Knowledge Base is kept current, as business flows, process/procedures change

• 3-5 years of content creation and/or copywriting experience
• Excellent writing skills (impeccable spelling and grammar) and proven track record of writing in different styles and tones
• Proven experience in writing for the internal workflows and communications
• Capacity to collaborate and embrace fun
• Give and receive feedback with clarity and emotional intelligence
• Perform at high level without sacrificing quality
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently lead multiple tasks and related duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with Google Suite of products
• Experience with digital design
