Senior Manager, Marketing & Account Strategy – Luxury (Jewelry & Watch)
Overview (Why This Role?)
Hearst is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & Account Strategy to join our Fashion & Luxury division, with a key focus on our Luxury (Jewelry & Watch) accounts. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team-spanning sales, campaign strategy, content, and more-to develop marketing programs that drive growth, elevate client impact, and deepen brand value. You'll help shape integrated strategies that support revenue goals while delivering meaningful results for our partners.
As part of a collaborative group focused on Luxury (Jewelry & Watch) clients, you'll play a pivotal role in building best-in-class proposals, strengthening relationships with internal partners, and proactively identifying new opportunities-often before a formal RFP hits the table.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Translate client RFPs into thoughtful, strategic, and impactful marketing proposals
• Leverage data, research, and insights to develop compelling marketing opportunities
• Concept and create cross-platform programs, including custom content, native executions, experiential activations, and digital campaigns
• Ensure all proposals and executions reflect the high standards of Hearst brands across writing, design, and delivery
• Manage day-to-day communications and support needs across sales, leadership, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, keeping all efforts on track and aligned
• This role is currently based in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. No remote option.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• Experienced in both the strategic thinking and detailed execution behind successful proposals
• Strong writer with a knack for persuasive storytelling-experience writing proposals is a plus
• A problem-solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and independence
• Skilled at interpreting RFPs, media plans, and marketing materials
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to balance multiple priorities
• Collaborative, communicative, and confident presenting to colleagues at all levels
• Analytical and creative thinker who brings both rigor and imagination to the work
• Enthusiastic team member with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Passion or interest in fashion, luxury, and Hearst's editorial brands is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Google Workspace
• Typically has 5+ years of related experience, though we welcome candidates with equivalent relevant skills and background

The base salary for this role is between $88,000 - $89,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
