We're looking for a Senior Director of Ad Product Marketing to join the Ad Product team. This role will lead the Product Marketing function, overseeing an expansive ad product portfolio. The Senior Director will be responsible for championing existing products, as well as go-to-market strategy, deployment, and commercialization of new ad products and services that drive advertiser success and business growth.

This role will report to the VP, Product & Technology, Ad Product and will work closely with key stakeholders within the ad sales organization, bringing ad products to life by and promoting Hearst solutions that span across display, content, video, commerce, social, and data.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands the digital ecosystem, with a passion for storytelling, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, in digital media, product marketing, and/or advertising technology
• Excellent marketing skills from presentation creation to copywriting, and comfortable with public speaking and presenting
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising, media and ad tech ecosystem, with an understanding of how digital media advertising is bought and sold including pricing, packaging, key platforms and technology leaders
• Strong attention to detail and love of problem-solving
• Comfortable with ambiguity and challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, concurrently managing multiple initiatives, and always remain optimistic.
• Track record of overseeing multiple products throughout their entire lifecycle: from pre-planning, to launch, to expanding features and maturing the solution post-launch
• Preferred experience working with platforms across ad tech, creative management, social, and content management systems
• Previous marketing experience, agency experience, or publisher experience preferred
