Hearst Digital Magazines is looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed revenue targets while focusing on driving profitable growth.
What you'll do
• This person will be responsible for all programmatic advertising revenue within the assigned list of accounts.
• The ideal candidate will have sales planning/account management experience and an interest in applying that knowledge to maintain and grow programmatic partnerships.
• This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment and build valuable relationships across internal groups including ad product, data studio, video partnerships, etc.
• Consistent education surrounding the latest technology, trading platforms, and marketing trends is crucial.
Who you are
• 3+ years of digital media experience with at least 1 year of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (DSP, SSP, trading desk)
• Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a 'startup' and agile environment
• Passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and customer relationship management
• Desire to be a subject matter expert within the organization, with the opportunity to help shape Hearst Digital Magazines' programmatic sales strategy for the future
