Job Description
Hearst Magazines is looking for a Programmatic Operations Associate to oversee campaign setup and optimization for our premium programmatic business. You will use your experience in ad operations and programmatic to help Hearst Magazines grow revenue.
Resonsibilities:
• Working to grow revenue by providing technical troubleshooting support, insights and optimizations across PMPs, preferred programmatic guaranteed deals
• Collaborate with sales to plan and execute across all programmatic deal types
• Analyze deal strengths/weaknesses to identify potential areas for revenue growth
• Managing daily deal analytics emails to internal sales team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising
• Act as a troubleshooting point of contact with internal sales and external client teams
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years' experience in working with publisher ad tech platforms such as: Google Ad Manager, Google ADX, Xandr, Magnite, Triplelift, Teads, Index Exchange and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of header bidding and auction system technologies, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs and DMPs.
• Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem (including Ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, etc).
• Strong Analytical skills and experience working in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A team player and collaborator
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• DSP experience a plus.
• Certifications in programmatic advertising training courses a plus (Exs. TTD Edge Academy, Amazon Ads, and/or StackAdapt Platform certificates)
The base salary for this role is from $65,000 to $77,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
