Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead a team focused on products and services that allow our editors to more effectively package and recommend content to our readers, guiding them through our extraordinary body of content.

You will have the opportunity to work with editors and stakeholders at two of Hearst's brands, Oprah Daily and Alta Online, helping to develop more immersive, engrossing and enriching experiences for their audiences.

In this role, you will be working with a first-class engineering team to discover, plan and implement new story packaging and recirculation capabilities, as well as our editorial partners to align on best practices to support their unique audience goals.

You will be the collaborative product voice in the room that helps drive vision and execution through a well thought out and aligned roadmap.

You enjoy solving complex business problems at the core of the digital transformation of a world-leading media company. You are creative and capable of formulating bold product initiatives. Qualifications:

Experience
• You are product obsessive, with 3-5 years in Digital product management, with expertise in digital media.
• You have a proven track record managing products in fast-paced, Agile environments. You have shipped successful products.
• You have experience building or customizing content management and user experience tools. You have delivered features and products that simplify user experiences and streamline workflows.
• You can support multiple deliverables and projects at once, sticking to deadlines.
• You are a creative problem solver who uses all available tools during discovery, planning and issue triage. You proactively learn how to use new tools as needed.
• You are highly collaborative, with the ability to inspire others and push through barriers
