Hearst Digital Media is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing Department. This is a fantastic learning experience that can lead to greater opportunities within Hearst Digital Media. The person must be extremely organized, a self-starter, a fast learner, and highly motivated to go above and beyond what is expected.

Reporting to the Pricing & Yield Manager, the Pricing Analyst will work with the team to ensure the financial objectives of all digital programs are met, and that net profit is maximized. In addition to preparing and reviewing reporting with sales team, the Pricing Analyst will provide summaries to management and make recommendations to improve efficiencies and margin. This role will interact with various senior department heads and be exposed to many areas within the media industry, including digital, editorial, production, marketing and business development.


What You'll Do:
• 0-3 years' experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.

• Basic knowledge of financial budgets with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

• Must be self-motivated with ability to conceptualize new and improve existing best practices and reporting.

• Strong Excel Skills.

The base salary for this role is between $61,000 and $66,300. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
