Your Impact
We're hiring a Payment Technology Lead to help us enhance and optimize payment systems and ensure smooth and secure payment processes for our platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working with payment solutions, is a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, and has a strong understanding of payment technologies. They should also have deep knowledge of regulatory, compliance and security standards for digital payment processing.
Resonsibilities:
What You'll Do:
• Configure new payment methods on the subscription platform and monitor and troubleshoot payment system performance and address any issues promptly.
• Partner with a variety of payment processors to migrate tokenized card numbers from their current location to the new subscription platform.
• Ensure compliance with payment regulations and standards, including PCI DSS.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies between the payment portals and the subscriptions platform
• Use Avalara to setup tax entities on the subscriptions platform and troubleshoot issues with the application of taxes
• Provide reporting and tracking for payment types, identify trends and make recommendations for improving performance.
• Provide on-call support as necessary to maintain uptime and resolve urgent payment issues.
• Develop a chargeback monitoring and resolution process using either a 3rd party tech platform or CDS
• Evaluate and roll out new alternative payment methods on paywalls and offer pages to drive increase conversions
• Implement and manage fraud monitoring solutions and processes to quickly address as situations arise
Qualifications:
Who You Are:
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience working with payment platforms like Stripe, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
• Familiarity with tax solutions like Avalara
• Strong experience with payment processors and fraud monitoring solutions.
• Experience with security protocols, encryption, and financial compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills

The base salary for this role is between $149,000 - $175,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
