The Partnerships team is looking for a Manager of Partnerships. The individual in this role will manage our relationships with high-profile platforms, including but not limited to Yahoo, Google, as well as overseeing innovative efforts and content distribution relationships in commerce and OTT. They will have a proven track record of understanding business goals and creating impactful strategies to achieve them. They will help further our mission of bringing Hearst Magazine brands and content to a larger, consumer audience on a variety of platforms while fueling our business.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and generalist in the partnership space, with experience managing a range of partners, evaluating potential partners, growth opportunities, and overseeing the launch and management of new initiatives. This candidate should be highly organized, resourceful, detail oriented and proactive, and must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Additionally, they should have a firm grasp of the general media landscape, video and emerging platforms.
