• Work closely with Hearst's Commerce team to maintain best practices in order to meet ambitious revenue goals.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a writer, with a minimum of 1 at a digital-first outlet - a background in commerce, particularly within the fashion and luxury space, is a plus.

• Ability to understand analytics and translate them into editorial action - familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, Skimlinks, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
• Well-versed in building strong relationships and explaining complex topics in simple terms.
• Available to work major shopping holidays.

The base salary for this role is between $67,000 and $75,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
