Job Description
As an Enterprise Architect with HTV Charlotte, you will play a pivotal role in devising, configuring, operating, and maintaining our Broadcast and Digital Ad Operations (Ad Ops) systems. You will be responsible for analyzing desired processes, outcomes, and advising on IT systems and components to achieve our business goals in the realm of advertising operations. You will report to the Director of Ad Technical Operations.

Responsibilities
• Devise and design systems and architecture that support advertising operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Configure, optimize, and maintain the systems to meet business needs
• Operate and manage Broadcast and Digital Ad Ops systems to ensure their smooth and uninterrupted performance
• Oversee data flows, integration, and data pipeline processes within the advertising ecosystem
• Analyze business processes and outcomes related to advertising campaigns and strategies by using data analysis and modeling to provide recommendations for optimization
• Identify and evaluate IT systems, software, and components that align with business objectives and advise on the integration of new technologies and tools
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly in the context of digital advertising
• Implement data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and best practices in efforts to train and educate team members on the effective use
• Work closely with advertising, marketing, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred
• One-to-three-year's experience required
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems related to Broadcast and Digital Ad Operations
• Strong knowledge of advertising technologies, platforms, and industry trends
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data integration
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in the advertising domain
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay up to date with emerging technologies in the advertising and IT fields
• This role may require occasional travel or remote work based on project needs
• Related military experience will be considered
