Job Description
This position is responsible for the day to day business functions related to the digital billing and revenue recognition processes of digital ad campaigns. The role will manage client account maintenance in the Digital Order Management System (''OMS'') and ensuring timely and accurate billing of Hearst Television digital customers. Monitor and review digital campaign fulfillment, compile delivery reports, and reconcile end of month digital billing. The position is located at the Hearst Television business office in Charlotte, NC.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain client contact information
• Review digital campaign lines for accuracy, review billing comments and track special billing needs
• Input pre and post billing adjustments
• Collect 3rd party data numbers and import into OMS
• Export billing file from OMS into billing system
• Generate invoices. Analyze, compare, and reconcile delivery information to ensure timely and accurate billing. Handle special invoice request, including co-op billing
• Monitor shared email box and handle sales requests
• Work directly with Digital Sales Managers, Digital Client Specialists, and Sales Teams to analyze campaign revenue and delivery data and trouble shoot issues related to digital billing.
• Work with the Credit & Collections Team to monitor and track credit risk clients, provide digital billing data, and campaign information to assist with accounts receivable, aging, and collections
• Become a key point of contact with Digital Ad Operations, Audience Extension and AnyScreen Teams
• Understand the billing challenges in relationship to the linear television billing
• Reconcile the AR import of digital billing information into the linear traffic system
• Work on month end close assignments including pre-billing campaign verification, deferred revenue calculations and delivery reconciliation.
• Willing to help and work on ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Associate degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience

Required Experience
• Experience with digital campaign billing
• Experience with digital OMS (FatTail/AdBook) a plus
• Working knowledge of industry trafficking and reporting tools DFP, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, DataXu. Experience in ad-serving, revenue recognition, reporting or analytic platforms is a plus
• Understanding of or experience in finance and A/R processes and procedures preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel-Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and Power Point. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, a plus
