Job Description
Hearst Television in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Business Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll spearhead the enhancement of our internal processes, aiming to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with department managers and operational staff, you'll analyze current workflows, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions across Broadcast Advertising Operations (Ad Ops), Business Operations (Business Ops), and Digital Advertising Operations (Digital Ops). If you're adept at data-driven analysis and thrive on cross-functional collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to drive operational improvements that directly impact our bottom line.

Responsibilities:
• Systematically evaluate existing workflows and processes across Ad Ops, Business Ops, and Digital Ops to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions for process refinement, including automating tasks, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing cycle times, aiming for streamlined operations.
• Engage with Data Analyst to support improvement initiatives, using statistical tools and software.
• Lead projects focused on process improvement, overseeing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring objectives are met with precision.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on best practices to maintain control over scope, schedule, and budget, reporting regularly to management on progress.
• Work in close collaboration with IT and technology teams to ensure that technological implementations align with operational needs and capabilities.
• Create comprehensive training and documentation for new systems or processes, ensuring that all relevant team members are equipped to utilize improvements effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and to monitor ongoing process performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management that summarize improvement efforts, outcomes, and future opportunities.
• Actively collaborate with various department heads and teams to ensure that process improvements are understood and supported across the organization.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years' experience in Ad Operations management, workflow supervision, and continuous improvement, preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
• Minimum three day on-site presence at our office in Charlotte, North Carolina required.
