Job Description
The Hearst Luxury Group-comprised of ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country-seeks an Associate Marketing Director who will be responsible for the strategy, development, and activation of integrated marketing partnerships and added value programs for the International Fashion and Luxury (Jewelry & Watch) categories. The Associate Director of Integrated Marketing will collaborate with both the print/integrated, digital, e-commerce, and experiential teams to create and activate strategic programs and experiences spanning all platforms–including in-magazine, online, social, events, and more.

What You'll Do:
• Strategize, create, and write integrated marketing proposals for International Fashion and Luxury accounts across ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country
• Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the activation of partner-specific marketing platforms, such as in-magazine custom content and native executions, digital and social campaigns, and customized experiences and events
• Communicate marketing concepts and programs by writing proposals, presentations, and one-sheets
• Participate in the development of ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country signature platforms/tentpole opportunities
• Collaborate with sales counterparts to set strategy for International Fashion and Luxury business, develop sellable opportunities for category, and attend client meetings
• Manage day-to-day proposal requests from sales staff and management
• Manage project budgets, timelines, recaps/case studies, and client communications in relation to activated partnerships/programs
• Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for category

Who You Are:
• Minimum 5+ years marketing experience
• Strong creative skills and experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs; strong copywriting skills required
• An understanding of the editorial product and fashion/luxury industry are also highly recommended for this position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Strong presentation skills (verbal, written)
• Proficiency with Keynote, Google Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $100,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
