The Brand Strategy Team serves as a critical connection point between editorial and advertising, working closely with the brands' editorial teams to provide marketplace feedback on what content opportunities present the greatest monetization opportunities. The team serves as a consistent sounding board for editorial teams to work with in developing editorial calendars, tentpole content moments, and other expressions of the brand in digital, social, and print.
The Associate Manager, Brand Strategy, serves two critical roles on this team. They will be assigned to several brands to work with various Account Strategy team members to ensure that account-specific sales activities are true to the brand ethos. In this capacity, they will need to work autonomously on brand needs but will also work closely with the Executive Directors to ensure that brand language and pillars are consistent.
Secondly, the Associate Manager, Brand Strategy will serve as the communication hub for inbound requests from the Sales & Marketing teams within advertising. They will review inquiries and direct internal stakeholders to these available resources, routing these requests to the appropriate member of the team.

What You'll Do:
• Participate in the creative development of sales collateral material (including but not limited to general/client presentations, media kit, sell sheets, and compelling proposals)
• Manage the daily workflow process and incoming requests for the Brand Strategy team
• Create/draft proposals
• Manage in-bound requests to connect internal stakeholders or provide materials

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.
The base salary for this role is between $64,000-$77,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
