Women's Health is dedicated to helping women live their happiest, healthiest lives. We produce digital, print, and social content across multiple pillars including health, fitness, beauty, sex & love, and news.

Women's Health is searching for an ambitious and creative Assistant Social Media Editor who will oversee and grow the brand's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and more. This role will work closely with all editors across our integrated print-digital team and will report to the Deputy Editor of Content Strategy. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large social audiences and producing creative social content, and they should have a passion for all things health and wellness.

What You'll Do
• Oversee and post to Women's Health's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts
• Own Women's Health's social media calendar and craft compelling promotional plans around editorial initiatives and launches
• Closely monitor social media platforms and content performance, and report relevant insights to the larger team
• Work across art and editorial teams to ideate and produce engaging social-first initiatives

Who You Are
• A social media manager with 1+ year of professional social media experience, strong editorial judgment, and clean writing skills
• Someone who loves spotting and trying the newest social trends
• A savvy strategist who knows how to utilize social platforms (including TikTok and other emerging platforms) and tools like SocialFlow, Google Analytics, and Dash Hudson to help performance and engagement inform content
• A team player and lover of fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Someone with a sense of humor and a clear, creative writing style
• Organized, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented

The base salary for this role is between $50,000 and $53,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
