This role is part of the Warner Bros Discovery - HBO MAX LATAM - product structure and reports to the Director Product Management, Payments & Partnership.

The Sr Product Manager, Payments and Commerce is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product solutions, main coordinator of gathering requirements, prioritization, planning, communication and execution.

This position can be based in any of our offices of Sao Paulo, Brazil - Mexico City Mexico
** IMPORTANT: This is not a People Manager Role

Your role accountabilities
• Gathering and documenting business requirements for all commerce related items
• Lead efforts to achieve requirements with stakeholders: Tech, product & design, marketing, operational, QA and others.
• Develop and communicate roadmap and prioritization with leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive acquisitions and reduce churn; prioritize opportunities based on user needs, business goals and tech feasibility
• Work closely with research/data & design to understand user needs and pain points and use this insight to inform new product features
• Create user stories, manage backlog and work closely with global product and technology teams to ensure they understand requirements and success criteria for new features
• Be the regional commerce expert, identifying opportunities to expand the business in our markets with a focus on payment methods and customer journeys
• Work with QA and external testers to validate new requirements and releases.
• Communicate product features and roadmap to all levels of the org
• SKU management across all app stores (Apple, Google, Roku etc)
• Track and report bugs/issues and work with the tech team to solve them.
• Identify, prioritize and implement regional payment methods.

• 3-5 years with demonstrated knowledge of the SVOD or Media/Entertainment digital subscriptions industry.
• Strong understanding of technical/comercial/marketing principles and strategies across all platforms.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital partner functionality
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior level internal and external executives.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Been able to make complex decisions.
• Highly creative thinker with proven record of success
• Strong communicator who can work cross functionally with various internal and external teams to execute complex processes
• Ability to make decisions and communicate successfully to all stakeholders
• Ability to take extremely complex solutions and make them simple and easy to explain
• Passionate about media, data, analytics and technology
• Proven leader who can successfully manage cross functional and cross divisional teams
• Demonstrated success managing a relationships
• Native spanish speaker with excellent working knowledge of English (including written)
