The Job
As a Creative Senior Motion Designer for HBO Max Latam, you will help drive the success for the digital creative growth marketing team of WarnerMedia's new streaming service. This role concentrates attention on off-site efforts geared towards subscriber acquisition via digital ads, social media platforms, youtube, tiktok and other content campaigns. This position works on giving support to Content Producers, Creative Managers and other Designers to conceptualize and execute creative concepts and assets for HBO Max Latam. This job isn't just about giving support to team on creating and executing top of the line creative campaigns. It's also about bringing fresh insights to build a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.

The Daily
• Executing beautiful in motion visual pieces (lettering, cards, key visuals, videos and etc)
• Proposing new and exciting visual ideas
• Responsible for bringing fresh approaches and insights for new exciting video pieces
• Provide insightful new creative perspectives to conceptual development and pitching stages.
• Work on creative pieces ensuring executions are up to brand tone and standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop messaging maps across multiple channels to ensure the right message is getting to the right consumer at the right time.
• Take highly technical & factual information, and turn it into something resonant, emotional and motivating.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Essentials
• Experience as a Creative Motion Designer
• Strong skills on Art Direction
• Advanced skills on Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Software's
• Being passionate about Content Creation
• Being a fan and expert about some of our shows
• Being very agile, being naturally curios and highly creative
• Being proactive, open for feedback and open to learn
• An energetic, positive, creative influencer who takes a roll-up your sleeve's approach is a must.
• A love of television and streaming, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
• Bilingual Portuguese and English is a must. Spanish is a plus. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels.
• Being crazy about social media (Twitter, Tik Tok & Instagram)
