Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for HBO Max across ROLA markets. This role is responsible for translating regional and global priorities into high-impact local and multi-country campaigns that drive subscriber growth, brand strength, engagement, and ROI, working cross-functionally with Brand, Trade, Content, Media, PR, Social and Commercial teams.
This is a hands-on strategic role with regional accountability, strong analytical ownership, and end-to-end campaign leadership.
Your Role Accountabilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns for HBO Max across ROLA (ARG, CL, COL & PER) , aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Translate brand, content, and growth strategies into actionable country-level plans, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.
• Own campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and GTM plans in collaboration with Brand, Content Marketing, Social, PR and Media teams.
• Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across markets.
Performance & Business Impact
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance across the funnel: awareness, consideration, acquisition, authentication, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Insights & Research to leverage data, brand tracking, and consumer insights to optimize campaigns.
• Analyze results vs. targets and define action plans to close gaps and scale best practices across markets.
Cross- Functional & Partner Collaboration
• Work closely with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure strong distributor alignment and execution where relevant.
• Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, production) through Media and Creative Services teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
• Support local teams with tools, frameworks, and guidance to elevate execution standards across the region.
Operational Excellence
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business objectives .
• Ensure clear reporting, timelines, and prioritization across multiple campaigns and markets.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and campaign standardization across ROLA.
Key KPIs
• Subscriber acquisition (Retail & Wholesale contribution)
• Engagement metrics and content performance uplift
• Authentication rate and active usage among distributors' subscribers
• Brand health metrics (Awareness, Consideration, Brand Love)
• Earned media
• Budget efficiency and on-time, in-full campaign delivery

Qualifications & Experiences
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, media, subscription or DTC businesses.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using performance, brand, and consumer insights.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication, briefing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Passion for content, pop culture, and consumer trends.
